Our Gite and Property Management Company came about by accident! we had friends with holiday homes and nobody to care for them in their absence

We provided the essential care for them and it just blossomed into a full time business, we aim to provide a Management package that cares for your home as if it was ours, so you get to enjoy your holidays without the first few days of stress with the cleaning and gardening.  A very good friend once said to me ‘Do you remember when we came to France for a Holiday’!! That says it all. We service properties in the Southern Vendee (85) and into the Deux-Serves (79), providing Gite owners, from the UK, with a quality service tailored to their individual needs for the property. As little or as much as you require, all packages are built around your needs and your budget.  Whether your house is a Holiday Home or a rental Gite, we will endeavour to make life easier giving you more time to enjoy your home

Sue has worked in service industry Management for more years than she can remember and understands the need to deliver customer satisfaction, and provide outstanding service. She works on the premise that ‘Presentation is everything and is a bit of a slave driver when it comes to Cleaning for owners and clients alike.

Tim was a qualified electrician in the UK and can turn his hand to anything after renovating a couple of houses; He is the person for swimming pool maintenance and general house maintenance. We would always use fully registered Artisans for any work to be carried out at your property but Tim usually makes the assessment and first fix so that enables us to speak to you about any problems that may occur.

Hannah has been educated in France and is bi-lingual, she helps out during the summer with the property services but her contribution to Gite-Services is the ability to deal with French documents and translate for both the written and the spoken word.

Elli, Nelson & the spot dog, all qualified guard dogs!! yes they bark at everything!! Elli has extra qualifications as expert garden tester, if she can't escape from it then it is secure!! The spot dog, has a lot of names usually quite rude ones as he is an expert digger, there was no point giving him a proper name as he is totally deaf, Nelson, well, he is in retirement as he is getting on a bit. All are bi-lingual with the exception of the Dalmatian who understands sign language
