Your holiday home was a big investment we would like you to keep it that way, so If, you are not in the fortunate position of being able to come and visit regularly then we are here to help.

Wasting the first week of your holiday just trying to get your garden 'ship shape' again? don't arrive in the winter to a house freezing cold and no hot water. We will gladly call in a couple of days before your arrival, switch on your heating and hot water. Have a clean round and make up your beds ready for your arrival if you require. So you can arrive, freshen up and get on with the serious bit, relax and have a holiday!

We can do all that for you at a very reasonable rate. Our packages will allow you to come and go as you please, knowing that everything will be in order when arrive and of course when you are not there, we offer contract packages or an 'as and when' service, it is completely your choice.

Keyholding is free to anyone who uses any one of our services, so if you get that letter from one of the utility companies wanting to get in and read a meter or you have a tradesman who needs access to perform some work on your behalf, you know all you have to do is pick up the phone or drop us an e-mail.

We are a fully registered French company with the Chambre de commerce You are welcome to see our registration certificates if required.
